It would be far easier for the league to actually enforce a minimum and maximum spend wage cap, with proper governance. It would keep all teams competitive and allow rinks with 2k seating to feel they can join and actually compete. It would no doubt ensure that all teams maintain profit margins...

I didn’t think it was crap. It was 2 teams competing and tactically we got it wrong. Belfast have had some dodgy results but they’ve tightened their D since the early games and look like they’re going to be strong again. Anyone who finishes above them will win the league.

We competed tonight. That game could have gone either way. I think the game plan to protect the lead was the wrong choice. We have been stung by that tactic countless times in Belfast previously.
