Honest question...what cost a new 10k arena? If built on acquired land on city outskirts? ( such as National convention centre, Newport Would the return on any such investment be enough to justify one? Bonus - all income to owners inc rent to Fire, Canucks, Tigers etc, parking costs too...

I do feel a massive disengagment from the Devils recently. Countless new shirts per season which I know brings in ££ but also makes me feel a bit exploited as they "devlaue" the regular home kit which is used less and less. Price hikes for both ST and Match night tickets well above...
