Not to deter from the game itself and become a Megaphone thread, I have emailed Todd my concerns and had a reply of some sorts so hopefully we will have a resolution one way or another.

The moron with the megaphone will be there, no doubt. It’s all about “look at me” with that guy, nothing to do with atmosphere, which he kills stone dead every time.

I really don’t see it that way. The “moron on the megaphone” appeared for a brief spell where he had a few too many beers and made a bit of a fool of himself. The guy who does it normally, for me, does a cracking job. Gets the chant going, then puts it down.
I feel he really makes a difference. Personal preference and each to their own, but I like what he and block 13 bring when they work together.

Back to the game and the thread…. A 1-0 bore fest will do me tonight, but for tonight only! I actually hope the team bring their identity and play the ‘Devils way’. That’ll be too much for Coventry tonight. We’d probably go through comfortably if they do that but appreciate nerves may get the better of them.
