No one is going to want to play us that’s a fact, we are truly on fire at the moment and as we all know we can beat anyone when we play as we can. Great game tonight it was like going back to the Superleague days, and certainly the best game of the season. Anyway I predicted 3-0 to us, and as we scored 4 and they scored 1, 4 minus 1 = 3 so I got this one right as well as last night. Just 2 more games now lads let’s do this.

How nice has it been having helgessen policing the nonsense this season. Oh and he can play aswel. Sign him up for the rest of his career please

In the past we maybe would have gone with reputation in net, no offence to bowns, he’s a fantastic net minder, but you have to give credit to Tommo for going with stoever, he has been unreal in both games

Really happy waking away from that game. Playoff hockey and the long leash given by the refs REALLY suits our game style. If it's the same next weekend, and we play our game we're going to be horrible to play against.

Blaze couldn't really offer very much against Devils' dominant puck possession and relentless forechecking and backchecking. Stoever was a wall when Blaze had the odd chance to break through. Felt a bit for Robson, he looked bereft. A much better goalie than the result suggests.

If causing hayhem around the opposition net is part of a winning gameplan for the Devils, hope they stick with it because it obviously works!

I think Yaremko is quietly earning a spot next season if I’m honest. I was very much against the possibility at the end of February but that second line of Yaremko - Kontos - Sanford has worked wonders

Helgie was superb tonight as was Ritchie. He was just solid. He took some big hits to make plays and to close down the Blaze attack. Helgie just bossed the crease. At one point he was without a stick and moving two players out of Stoevers way. Great game for him tonight.
Couldn’t agree more with Yaremko. He’s getting fitter and fitter and finding his feet,
I thought our forecheck was just relentless tonight across all lines.
Another standout out game for Joey. He was gritty when needed and classy on the puck to create plays,
Oligny is a must sign for me for next year. Both him and Estes were brilliant tonight.

Superb weekend of hockey and great team performance (and togetherness). There is nobody in front of us that we cannot beat or need to fear from here on in. Nice to see Helgessen getting the plaudits in the forum and in the arena - he needs to be our future. He is obviously strong, tough and a great protection for the team, but also has excellent hockey IQ and positional sense, deceptively quick for his frame and although he sticks up for his teammates etc, I actually find him very measured and composed too. Kontos again pulling the strings tonight and Sanford, Yaremko, McDonald were excellent tonight too - Basically, great team performance all round! Onto the POFW!!
