If you need a competetive hockey fix, Cardiff Satans ENL2 play their final league game of the season on Saturday at home to the Isle of Wight. Face off is 7pm.

Went down for both games today and it was great!
The Eagles battering the Wildcats then the ENL2 team played a super game against the IOW!
Great day out!

Well done Satans on a tidy 6-3 win to finish off the season.

It has been a privilege being your team manager this season guys. It has been awesome to watch the Under 18's youngsters gel with the experienced players and to witness the improvements made by individuals and the team week by week. The kids have become men during the season and team has bonded really well.

Thanks to Head Coach Ben Smith supported when necessary by Jamie Elson and Brent Pope for their hard work and commitment on the ice. Special thanks to Mike Dixon and his great team of Sea Cadets for all their help on match nights along with all the other willing volunteers without whom the games could not proceed.

It was great to bow out in my last match as team manager with a win. I sincerely hope that this team continues to participate in the ENL Division 2 next season as it is a vital stepping stone from Juniors to senior hockey. It is all about developing local players that have come through the Junior set up here in Cardiff and they all pay monthly training fees and £20 a match game fees for their privilege.

Well done team. Onwards and upwards hopefully.
