Hotel for playoff weekend available

Friends of mine have two double rooms booked at the Travelodge Riverside (about a mile from the train station), arriving Friday 2nd and leaving Monday 5th. They are now unable to use these rooms, but they have unfortunately prepaid and can't get a refund. The rooms are £96 each for the entire weekend, they just want to get back what they've paid and will sell the rooms separately if you only need one.
