Taking bets how many people ask him what Gretzky is like.

Almost two full NHL seasons...better than many would have dared hope for.

Looks like he ko'd our old mate Rob as well !! Great signing, hope he gets here soon. Will be great for Symonds to learn from this guy also. Credit where it is due, the Devils organisation deserve praise for bringing such a guy in.

Almost 2 full seasons in the NHL, one of those with Gretzky. Not bad for a "bubble" player.

Great signing by the team, and makes a statement to the league.

This looks a top signing and hopefully is a signal of intent for the future. Looking forward to seeing Weller in the flesh- hopefully get the visa in place quickly.

Wow! That really is a fantastic signing and when I was looking at possible players I ruled him out because he looked far too good (and the fact he was down as a winger).

Seems to have been captain for his AHL team in the past which can only be a good sign. Can't wait to see him playing for us.

Top quality signing and looking forward to seeing him play... The EIHL has brought in some quality players this season and long may it continue....

Hopefully that's the end of the comments about Belfast and the wage cap.. ;)

Quality signing and for me looking at his stats it appears he is more of a player than a fighter. Well done Gerad and Franny!!!!!!

What sort of an impact do we expect him to make?
