Well played Devils to finish above 2 of the big 3 and to tie with the other 1, and league winners Giants 3 to 3 in league games between us is pretty damn good. Yes we blew some games that would have had us closer to the league winners, but all in all we certainly done good. And as Boston Bart has said the joint best defence in the league.

A very creditable 2nd placed finish. I fancied us to finish 4th at the start of the season so I think we’ve overachieved. I still think we got recruitment wrong up front. Obviously i’m very happy with goalies and I like our defence. We need several changes when it comes to the forwards tho.

Actually, shoot-out loss goals count in the goals against column in the league table - Belfast lost just one shootout this season and we lost two, so that means in open play in the league we had the best defensive record conceding 120 goals compared to Belfast conceding 121.

Again a very good bit of information, so put that in your pipe and smoke it Belfast for conceding goals in open play we are number 1, I said we are number 1. Also a big shout out to all the travelling fans at Panthers last night and all the away games, you are always well heard on the webcast and are a real credit to our team, I travelled myself for many years and loved it, and I still get a buzz when I hear you guys carrying aloud the passion only the Taffies can produce. Same again as I know it will be in Coventry on Saturday, so a big thanks to you guys watching the web ain’t a patch on watching it live, but it sure is a better experience hearing you guys cheering for our great club.
