Playoff Jersey Auction

Hi all

Some of you who were at the playoffs may be aware, that due to the sizing issues of the rhino jerseys, in many cases with some of our players, were too small, which would mean the bigger guys on the team. Please be aware that 1 or 2 (that I know of) of the players have actually cut their jerseys up the siems to make them fit. The 2 players that I personally noticed this in, was brad voths and wes jarvis's jerseys. Just wanted to make you aware of this before you bid. If you do want to check this, i would advise contacting the seller who is Andy French and checking first of all.

Just don't want any fans disappointed if they do win a jersey and then not be happy with it.

That's what happens when the Elite League go for crap Rhino shirts. The players hated them too as they weren't breathable.I wouldn't give washers for them

Gotta love the Elite league... "these are player issued jerseys... there are no replica's"... Doesn't Macivers game shirt, say MacIver, and not MacLver? Crappy Rhino dishcloths....

Strange how Rhino get all the league shirts though. Next year, the fans should lobby for CH ones - make them something really to lust after.

Rhino are a South Yorkshire company. I'm sure we can all do the math. :lol:

Another reason could be that they've printed home and away jerseys for the first time. I Cheaper than producing home and away CH jerseys.

Rhino Jersey's are cheaper to produce and they can sell two (at a higher starting price than last years' CH jerseys I believe)

It's not the first time there have been two sets per team, the first two years this was run there were two sets per team (at a starting bid of £50, if I remember rightly) as in those days we were allowed a group stage with each team playing 3 home and 3 away games. Since they screwed up the format there's been no point in having 2 sets as there simply aren't enough games.

les quality shirts for more money and they add jerseys that were not even used, hmm...

Think you will find that there was a certain owner from a West Midlands club that pushed for this crap

What with CH being based at our rink I'd be very surprised if we went with Rhino
