POFW FINALS 2026/27

A truly awful process this morning, firstly the link didn’t work and kept getting rejected then when you did get through you couldn’t choose seats because it kept saying “there weren’t enough available tickets”, then when you did manage to find tickets you weren’t able to change seats as there were none available - even though I was in the queue at 8:45.
Thankfully I got tickets but what a faff of a process.

I know clubs got other things to think about in readiness for season ahead, surely they can sell seats to own fans in allocated blocks, as with Sheffield are doing 2 seasons running .then any left non season tkts seats let Nottingham sort it their end , maybe time for a change venue with double the seating, storms new gaff maybe

It should go back to Manchester after this year, it’s been in Nottingham long enough. Plus Manchester as stated has more seating and is a better City.

Thankfully I don’t go anymore, it’s too much hassle and too expensive, I get some beers in also some goodies and get the webcast. No it’s not the same but I get to see replays and different angles,it’s far easier and the cost now can get us both a holiday abroad. Plus I hate crap beer, queuing for dishwater, and having done Wembley, Manchester, and Nottingham for many years, it’s not personal anymore and two of us can watch the three games for £48 instead of £800.

They go on sale earlier every year, it used to be January which was manageable but June was pushing it a bit too far for me this time.
Maybe next year.

To those who went to Barbara's Bier Haus in April to watch the games - how did that go ?

Why would the club hold clumps of seats when Nottingham are selling them , 2 blocks thats it, i think last year the corporate package with coach hotel and tkts , snapped up a good few hundred seats i believe and obviously made bucks on it .

Think it was a great atmosphere and the beer was nice but after 9pm I can’t remember much

Any news on sales , dont think the demand is there like last season , thought our blks sold out in a day

Most blocks, including 14 and 15 (Devils), sold out. There appear to be tickets available in the Fife, Dundee, Coventry and Guildford blocks - described by EIHL as 'a small number of remaining tickets...'

With Motorpoint having now been announced as official sponsors of the league for the next 5 years, and specifically mentioning the use of Motorpoint Arena Nottingham for play-offs and other standalone events in their press release, I guess we might not see POFW move to Manchester any sooner?

Not necessarily.
We all know the EIHL are all about the ££££££.
As soon as the current deal expires they'll be off to Manchester.
Double the capacity = double the ££££££.

pretty much confirmation that we wont see a domestic final in cardiff any time soon. granted, our only chance was a CC final, but pretty much set in stone now that we wont even get that.
