Wonder how many would pay £16 for the 3rd-4th place game? I was worried that they were going to charge £20 per game, but the lack of a weekend pass seem mad. I personally would not pay another £16 for the second semi final whatever the result of our game.

You would have to be stark raving mad to pay £16 for a 3rd-4th place game,complete joke of a game, and who wants to pay another £16 to watch the other semi that your team aint in, plus another £16 for a final that maybe your team aint in.

It's only a 1.00 more than our webcast, I would definitely pay 16.00 for Nottingham v Sheffield not that I will as I will be at the playoffs first time for about 8 years.

Im just glad that they are streaming it. Gutted that I couldn't get tickets. Next year can we play our Q/F at the same time as other teams. Friday morning there were plenty of seats left in about 5 team blocks so I planned to buy tickets (in the Fife block) in the 3rd period, if we were looking good for the win. But Sheffield and Nottingham had bought them all up long before we took control in the 3rd because they had already qualified an hour or two hours earlier. It sucks. First POFW I have missed in a long time.

The league needs to take a long hard look at the streaming service provided by BSN (British Speedway Network). They cover an even more niche sport in the UK (Speedway), have multiple cameras and commentary and offer 2 matches a week for about £4.50 or £6.00 a match depending upon which season pass that you get (it covers one or both leagues). You can also buy individual matches to stream and watch on-demand, but at £13.99 each this is similar to the EIHL. Anyway, I think it is one crew going around the country but worth looking at the annual pass structure anyway as far as value goes.

Does any one know if the games are only being shown via live streaming only or will include catch up as well? The reason I ask is I paid for a recent Blaze v Devils match and could not watch it live and when I tried to watch it a few hours later it was not possible - silly me I did not read the restrictions.

I had the same problems with the Blaze game, was it because it wasn’t a league game. Most others I believe you can watch it later if your working etc.

I can still watch the CC Final on EIHL TV which I purchased live.
Not that I'd want to...
