Always thought that re-signing Fournier was the signal that Crawford was going elsewhere.
With his points scoring during his time here and his deserved voting onto the EIHL allstar team two years running he would undoubtedly claim a big pay cheque (for us anyway) and his agent would be looking
to progress him onto mainland Europe.
