You may have picked up something from an alternative source, but I Just re-watched TK's video to check what I thought I'd heard.

He says they want to have 1300 seats available for match day tickets, so will put a cap of 1600 on ST, with the other 200 being corporate tickets (i.e. 1600+200+1300=3100).

For the current year they allowed it to creep over 1600 due to late renewals, but assuming less than 1600 renew, which seems certain, they will offer new ST to bring the total back up to 1600. He admits they haven't yet thought through a process for determining who gets a new ST if there are more applications than can be accommodated within 1600 - maybe a ballot, but he was clearly only thinking out load.

If any extra seating can be created for next season, he suggests that would enable the number of STs to be increased if there is extra demand. The key factor seems to be maintaining 1300 to offer as match day tickets.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and renew only to find my account blocked, so I phoned up, only to be told by Katrina that my account wass blocked following comments made on here and I would have to go in and discuss with her and Todd before renewing my ST. I was in two minds about renewing in any case so now problem resolved £1367 better off and an extra holiday next year.

I haven't seen such a level of pettiness since Ragan and Pope used to scour the forums and screenshot any negative posts and e mail the screenshots to you. I will not bother going in to discuss as I can already predict the outcome, it wil go along the lines, either be a happy clapper and agree with all of our decisions or don't bother coming to games.

Once again the free speech and opinions are being restricted by the club, after 25 plus years of following and fighting for the club, culminating with the club having the facility they currently occupy, I am out, thank you all for the good times I have shared with most of you

Re-education and expectation adjustment classes are mandatory for known agitators and dissenters before they can be welcomed back into the fold.
Glorification instruction is a mandatory requirement to assimilate the hive mentality being cultivated to ensure obedience and adoration of the Dear Leader.

That makes me genuinely really uncomfortable. We have worked hard over the years to be supportive but distanced from the club to allow people to say what they think without fear of censorship. We've had plenty of underhand attempts from previous ownership but this is new

Just read back through my posts, nothing really bad, just disagreeing with the rises and the higher percentage for concessions, it has been higher for the last few rises, I honestly think they will be happy to lose my concession ticket to replace me with a full adult seat. More £££s per seat. I do pay for one adult seat also l, but I have felt since the rebrand that the club have been trying to work out the old fans

This is truly shocking! What a way to treat your customers! I'm staggered by this Jody.

You should repent and make sure that you have a framed photo of the dear leader hung at the correct height in your living room and beg forgiveness every morning and night.

Seriously, this is truly shocking, it takes years to build a customer base, earn their trust and for them to feel truly valued. It takes moments to trash it all and lose your customers loyalty and trust, possibly forever.
Even more so when this story spreads out into the wider public, this is how the club treat their customers for daring to have an opinion. Staggering!

Just to add to what @James said really, we've always tried to keep arms length and allow people the room to reply (if they want) in more than 180 characters, so this is somewhat of a disappointing move from the club.

I remember having to justify myself to Bob and Mariani down at the DJ stand once for comments on the old Official EIHL forums (remember them!) and the start of The-Inferno, but bloody hell they never suspended my season ticket!

They didn't ask for me to go into the corporate offices to justify comments on a completely independent site either, so this feels like a new level of vindictiveness/pettiness (not sure which really?) even when you consider the clubs history.
