Helped by their attendance and arena size in Nottinghams case, Manchester have had a good season and quite a few sellouts , so hopefully keep it going with the extra fanbase they've been having , so obviously dont want to rock the boat with a very small arena. And not forgetting storm are in talks of getting a bigger / better rink so will need to keep their fans sweet.
You are being asked to pay more for your Saturday/Sunday night out - and if that floats your boat then great, but the situation remains the same for the 26-27 season, there is no benefit or reduction, it’s the status quo but you are paying more for the pleasure!
So what bridges the gap? The owners have stated this is a passion project, but have they taken it as far as it can go? Is the league now too big for them? Are we destined to be a 4th place team forever as the game and the finances and commitment have now moved on ??
If so, what’s the difference, between coming 4th, 5th or 6th ?
