Agreed. He is listed as a face off and pp specialist....very useful to have those mentoring skills to help other players. As a set up player he will certainly have some excellent forwards he can assist on scoring chances.. Could be a silent, under the radar signing.
If they signed Jaromir Jagr (who is still playing!), would we be laughing? Think we'd be just a bit envious!

I think there is a bit of a difference between this guy and Jagr though! 
When I saw the headline that they had signed an experienced, 39 year old Swede I assumed they’d signed a top, top player.
But, his hockey CV is confusing to say the least. My knowledge of Swedish hockey is admittedly not great, but itlooks like he played much of his early career in their 3rd tier? It then appears he helped his team get promoted to the 2nd tier - which I think is a similar standard to the EIHL?
His points starting dropping as you’d expect of someone as they get further into their 30s….and then his stats start improving again at the age of 38/39 he finally gets into the SHL.
Perhaps someone who wasn’t blessed with great speed but good vision which improved with experience? Looking forward to seeing him play.
