Almost the usual curse of the Scottish trips..dug deep to get those points. Only a temporary gain on the Giants though because Devils don't play tomorrow night. Game against Panthers will be massive.

Another very poor performance, leaving it too late yet again. Stoever kept us in that, he had a great game. He really seems to be getting into a groove now, it would be harsh to drop him Sunday.

What is it with our forwards and finishing this season. We seem to create so many chances but would struggle to finish in a brothel it's so frustrating.

Play like that on Sunday and the Panthers will hammer us.

Looking at thommos interview he was very relieved with coming out of dundee with 2 points, also suggested a long travel day so probably coach ride rather than plane .

Anyone who watched last nights game was relieved to come away with 2 points, it could so easily have been zilch in fairness to Stars. We were far from good last night, but we are still the 2nd top goal scorers, 2nd best for goals against in the league, and in 2nd place in the table, the frustrating thing is we could definitely be top however we ain’t the only team dropping stupid points thankfully. Welcome aboard the Roller Coaster Elite League ride.

As Thommo said "at this stage of the season, it's all abou the results" but..... when the performances aren't there and the Devils way of playing hockey isn't there, surely it's just a matter of time before those performances don't translate into points.
Still a gutsy win by the team.

Play like last night and it will be goodnight Vienna, hopefully with no travel and the home crowd behind them we can turn over the Panthers. However we need to be at our best and for 60mins, do we need to play a physical game, it’s 2 - 0 in league games to us so far let’s hope it’s 3 after tomorrow. We need to start putting pressure on others now, that’s if we can of course, in reality a top 3 finish would be a good result, with a top 2 place within our grasp, but we all know we are capable of winning this thing, as much as we could continue to shoot our selves in the foot. What drags us down is carrying players, that weight is too heavy over a long season, wonder how Yaremko is doing although he has been out for a long long time. Myself I think we are 2 players short of nailing this thing, but we live in hope for now anyway.

Quick question for those who watched last nights game or who has watched the highlights, can you see the whole of the puck over the line for the Stars equaliser. As the Commentator said if you can’t see the puck then you can’t give the goal, I have watched it and for the life of me can’t see it as a goal, be good to hear your views guys.

And we are 2nd in regulation wins .which could be crucial end of season standings , it's part of the criteria if teams finish level at top.

Did Thommo challenge the equaliser? Thought he did, and of they didn't side with you, you get a penalty, but didn't see us get a penalty for it...
