Noticed on the latest devils post about the game on the weekend they’re looking to introduce a streaming season ticket with plans for it to start when the regular season commences. Wonder how much it’ll be!

No just home games like Clan did, you wouldn’t be able to sell other clubs footage. If we sell out every game it’s extra income for the club, some may say it would affect gates, but you can buy webcasts now so that’s a no no. And it’s a good idea maybe for some armchair fans and those on a tough budget, plus our coverage is very good in fairness.

Good shout 300.00 for 32 games = 9.37 a webcast as opposed to charging 16.00 game, and it will be 300.00 earning intrest for the club from Feb 12th. .good idea for the armchair fans who can't make games in person for various reasons

I get that it won't happen because some clubs do better than others out of the streaming income. But if the league is serious about growing then in the absence of TV interest, it really needs to improve the online offering.

Draw on the expertise of the one club that contains the former TV experience and create a match of the day style weekly highlights show for starters.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with the Manchester stream. I appreciate that the old one had the same issues as trying to watch their games live in the rink - you couldn't actually see all of the game.

Spot on the Steelers webcast is second to none, and has the best commentary by a country mile. Dundee has always been very good plus Blaze. Devils camera work is also good.

Ron Shudra as part of the best commentary? Absolutely no chance. He is as biased as they come.
The camera is too far from the ice also. Players look tiny on screen.

Seth Bennet is the best hockey commentator in the UK. Also Jonathan Fearnley is very good.

I can’t see this happening honestly, clubs make money on webcasts so why drop the price, it’s not cheap at £16 a pop. Maybe I’m wrong but I just can’t see it happening unfortunately

Not seen anything since, but this is the wording used on the Devils website in the article previewing the Odense weekend:
"We are planning to offer a webcast season ticket, but that will start from our home opener on the 12th of September, details to follow at a later date."
