I totally agree with you Phil, he has a great rapport with people of all ages, from the kids he coaches to some of the older fans like you ;)

Brent Pope, a thoughtful, funny, entertaining and knowledgeable commentator the guy has it all! Going to be a fun olympics with him behind the mic :D

Joy Tottman is out there too, she's reffing the women's Canada vs Slovakia game that on now.

Brent is a totally different class to Simms commentating and maybe if he did the Sky games I might bother to watch them. :lol:

there are a lot of interesting and informative answers to the winter olympics, ice hockey & to brent

a good result is the exact schedule of ice hockey on the BBC
