UK Forum All Stars Quiz Night

The Inferno is proud to announce it will be hosting the 'UK Forums All-Stars' pre-games quiz night at the Future Inn Cardiff Bay on Friday 6th August (7pm-10pm) followed by a night of music at the Hard Rock Café. The 'UK Forums All-Stars' hold charity ice-hockey matches each summer, across the UK, and what better way to start off a weekend of Summer Hockey action than getting together with hockey fans from across the country, sharing a drink and a laugh, and raising money for some great charities. No doubt you will be able to also catch up on the latest hockey gossip and we will also be showing some hockey to start getting you back in the mood for the season ahead.

Last years games were held in Basingstoke and helped raise £5,700. This years charities are 'Dreams Come True', 'Breast Cancer Care UK' and 'Marie Currie Hospices'. In a new initiative they are also looking to raise awareness and money for hockey schemes in the grassroots and community of the City/Town hosting the event, so the fourth charity is  "Devils Community Foundation". The games will be played on the 7th and 8th of August at the Cardiff Bay Ice Arena. On the weekend there will also be a BBQ, Raffle and other entertainment.

The UK Forums All-Stars would like to thank the team of The Inferno for their fantastic support of the weekend, and are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Future Inns for the start of  the Cardiff 2010 event.
