Blaze Vs Devils - League - 27th Dec 23 - FO 19:30

Rather different first period to the normal Blaze away game. Devils are attacking the zone far more rather than they normally do here and it’s leading to a more fragmented game than normal. We are used to having most of the play here and this time it’s more even but we look more dangerous. Ully’s pass to Barrow was a thing of beauty but to be fair the Blaze’s second goal was very well worked.

Great goal by Barrow at 14-59 controlling the game until then, then 20 seconds later Blaze score, and 3 mins later they score a second. We controlled 3/4 of that period , but our poor Defense went walkabout again. The old story consistency is biting us on the arse again, we were in total control of that period but just can’t stay consistent and it’s killing us.
