Apparently he picked up a knock on his knee in the Nottingham match.

Terry mentioned both the illnesses and the knee in his coverage of the Sheffield match.

Smith limped off late in the game against the Panthers and didnt play last weekend, hopefully its not serious. If we had 4 players ill as well then I will reconsider some of my comments from last weekend in Sheffield, I thought we were pretty bad on the Saturday and in the Hockeyfest, but maybe that was unfair we did come out with the points and beat the Gaints in 20/20.

At the quiz on Monday several of our players looked very ill. Max could barely stop coughing whilst I think Miller went home early. Richardson was telling us that Max had such a high temperature in the morning he really shouldn't have played.

I know a lot of people that are ill at the moment.. Vother also said at quiz night he was unwell and a few of the others and Miller did go home.. It's going around slowly.. Let's just hope they are better for the weekend ay.
