Would it be immature to put a whole page of smileys on this thread to laugh at their awful form since Christmas?

With the plethora of skill in the Steelers' team you have got to wonder why their penaly shot takers were Hill, Hewitt and Thomas.Didn't anyone else want to do it?

Even that die-hard Steelers' fan Dave Simms tweeted that they were aweful.

Great job Dundee.

They weren't. That was a bite from Simms.

PS takers were Dowd, Forney and Mosienko.

As it used to happen to us, the "G" bubble bursts after Christmas!
Since the Christmas spell Sheffield are 3 from 36 on the PP, that speaks volumes for their current form!
No small ice excuse up there for their powerplay. G is under massive pressure at the moment.

From the way he and DOPS announcer chat on the podcast they love big G - and they're in the know regarding all Steelers business

Their next signing isn't going to be a big guy like Dougie - they don't need one (convince the fans of that) - they need a 'high energy' forward - someone who brings in energy to the team

Tom Sestito is also not good enough for the Steelers apparently. Something Sestito himself found rather funny.

I can understand why the Steelers don't feel that Sestito is good enough.
He wasn't motivated last time he was here, and if you sign an Nhler that isn't motivated you end up with a player who has the impact of Westgarth.
