Not that it matters, but your only defence is that the IAW hasn’t bothered, that a multi million pound Arena built and run by a company with a proven track record & specialised in running venues, didn’t bother to try to run it as a multipurpose venue. Todd was GM of the Arena, how many profitable events did he bring into the IAW, you guys can, so how did Todd do ?
Think you're taking on board Greenbanks PR here

I hope to God that Planet Ice don't take over. I skate regularly in Bristol. They only opened a year ago and they have taken it to Planet Ice level of shiteness already. The last 3 weeks I have had to call someone to open or close my locker every time because they will not fix them. Im waiting around at 9pm to drive back to Wales because the guy has to recut the ice before he will come and open my locker.
For 3 weeks running I was unable to get a drink because all 3 machines were broke and I could not even get water from the toilets because they had locked the door that leads to them.
There are figure skaters doing spins with skates at head height and not a marshall in sight.
I have played hockey in several PI rinks and they are all the same.
