Not at 1500. Plus Dave Simms stated on THF yesterday that team 12 isn't going to be Leeds. Which also confirms there is going to be a 12th team with Wembley being the 11th.

At a guess team 12 will be West Brom when their rink is eventually built or MK.

They have talked about Leeds for 20 years or so with nothing.I even recall a picture of Ian Rush when he played there with a hockey helmet on promoting a new team there.I won't hold my breath.
