on line ticketing

Does anyone use the online ticketing sytstem? If so is anyone encountering any problems? I can get to the point where i can view the availability of each block but when selecting a seat it gives an error message. Is this just a temporary blip or a known problem?

it was working fine until about 2 days ago i think since then its not been working, just a temporary blip im going to guess, will happen a lot as its still pretty new.

As a season ticket holder, how do we actually log in as none of the codes seemed to work for me off my season ticket on sign up so i just created a normal account. Then put in my card details, selected which seats i wanted (non season ticket seats - i was booking for a friend) but it refused to accept my card, so i tried another and it wouldnt accept that either! In the end i had to ring up and book them over the phone and couldnt even get the seats i wanted as i'd already reserved them online! :roll:

So... you arent alone with the problems
