We were losing away games even with him off the roster. Not to say he's entirely blameless, but anyone who iced in the last few minutes and gave up the lead should be sharing the responsibility.
Even with our recent away form, we should have been able to handle Sheffield. With the exception of Sgroi, this is the team that lost at home to HULL last weekend.
With last minute complacency like that, I'm not looking forward to tomorrow night's game at all.

Easy to blame one person for the loss. People are so fickle - Scott was hailed as a hero when he scored 2 assists in his first game back.
Need to look further at the overall tactics to shut down a game and win. Devils have lost too many leads recently.....without Scott in the team. :twisted: What does that tell you?
