Season Ticket Confirmation

I have had a telephone call about my season ticket and the deposit has come out but when i asked what confirmation i have about this it wasnt really helpfull.

Does anybody know if you recieve a letter to say its succesfull or does it just arrive?

In past years it has just arrived - I've never had any confirmation other than the money going out.
