So if squeelers lose to giants what excuse will tommo have--
2nd semi ment 2nd hand ice.
Sun in Nottingham to hot and melted the ice.
to long a journey to the rink so players had bus legs.

Is there a similar service to MNL available anywhere for this game?
The official EIHL website has a live text service running. Doesnt seem to be as indepth as MNL though and they are only posting commentary on goals, penalties or dramatic saves.

Would rather see Belfast tomorrow but whoever the Devils have, we are more than capable of beating them.

Either team capable of winning this game. No brainer who I would prefer to go through to the final - the Giants, who have given the Devils the closest race this year.
Steelers have much bigger problems with the culture and structure of their club than wondering why they have had such a disappointing season on ice.

They don't have "the luxury of having a hotel and have to travel all the way home"
It's only 45 minutes lol

He is getting his digs in early. Funny he wasn't using lack of hotel as any sort of comment earlier today. What did he expect the other 3 teams to do? Fly in this morning?
The only organisation responsible for the Steelers' lack of accomodation is themselves.

Walser v gracious in defeat. Would imagine the Giants feel robbed in many ways - fast in transition, lots of puck possession but couldn't convert their chances. Steelers defended a slim lead v well and finished their limited opportunities.

Belfast will be disappointed but in reality they offered little once they got close to the Steeler's net. Forney had one of those games when nothing went right and a catastrophic line change ended their hopes with a few minutes to go.

The Steelers performance should be a warning to us.... they got the goal and then their D was phenomenal. We can't start slowly tomorrow.

Totally agree, the Steelers will be out for massive revenge tomorrow. I'm sure Lordo and co know but we have to play clever, powerful and clinical. We cannot rest thinking that we will just win as we've had the better of them all season. This is going to be the biggest test all year.

Steelers' core players were immense for them today- Nelson, Roy, Desbiens,Fitz and Mustokovs. Pretty much kept Giants to the outside.
Can't take them for granted for a minute. Tiredness won't be a factor for them - they will be fired up desperate for the Cup.
The Devils have a chance to make history - no team will want to more than them or deserves it more. Puck possession, clinical finishing and absolute determination.
