Shirt numbers

I am trying to work out which numbers have never been issued for devils players. I have been following the devils since first season in the BBT so don’t know much before then but have any of these numbers been issued: 38,46,48,50,51,52,53,54,56,59,68,69,72,75,76,78,82,92,95,97,99.
I have at least one person for all the others. Thanks for any help

I was under the impression that 99 was retired worldwide in respect to Gretzky. This is definitely the case in the NHL.

I think 50 might have used briefly but need to double-check. But the rest all match my list of unknown shirt numbers.
