I am still worried where the goals are coming from. Without Kirk, Hammond, Connelly and Betteridge we look desperately short offensively. We are putting a lot of pressure on Conway to be the goal threat
Have you not noticed who’s behind the bench alongside him? I seem to recall them doing most of the team talks...Keefe and Neilson were also in charge of the team during last years world championships when we beat Belarus (a team made up of mostly KHLers)
I dont think they had much choice this year.I suspect they have taken the best they can get but they do look weaker than previous years.
Maybe the Eastern Europeans will be weakened as a result of the war but it looks like a difficult year.
