So, when the Devils take the ice against the Steelers on Saturday we will be at the start of playing eight games in fourteen days. So the big thing we have to consider are any of the players who are currently injured close to returning, its going to be tough on the body with a tight schedule and lots of travel, luckily there is only one trip to Scotland in those eight games with five of the games being at home (and no trip to Belfast either). So the next few weeks are massive for the Devils, and the win in the NIC on Saturday night will give us great confidence for the huge busy schedule coming up.

The Elite League Department of Player Safety reviewed a 2+10 penalty for Checking from Behind assessed on Cardiff Devils player Matthew Myers at 15:49 of the first period of the game between Cardiff Devils and Guildford Flames on Friday 8th December 2017.

After reviewing the incident, the Elite League Department of Player Safety has determined that no further action is required.

The Elite League Department of Player Safety also reviewed a 2+10 penalty for Checking from Behind assessed on Cardiff Devils player Patrick Asselin at 13:27 of the second period of the game between Cardiff Devils and Guildford Flames on Friday 8th December 2017.

After reviewing the incident, the Elite League Department of Player Safety has determined that no further action is required.
