The year things got better...

Very true. Was thinking the same thing earlier in the week.
Whilst some people might be disappointed by the on-ice results - they were pretty much what I was expecting, and we got the 5th place finish I predicted.
The off-ice product has been sensational and has really shown results in the last couple of months. I think if the club are honest they had so much to do whilst taking over the club in the summer - they were never really prepared for the start of the season bar that big push for the first game.
Now, things are starting to take shape and with a whole summer infront of them I'm really looking forward to what they are going to bring to us next season.
I know this season isn't over yet - and I'm hopeful of playoff success, but I can't remember ever being this excited about a forthcoming season at this stage of the year. Let's just hope any changes in the league doesn't set them back.
