More likely that a few bounces went their way early on and we got a couple of goals.
As a result they’ve decided to play a bit and see how it goes!
Had we conceded first, no doubt we’d have sulked and rolled over and "gone quietly into the good night!"

Well that was a good period to watch, Devils with most of the game, and a much improved webcast. Better commentary with Simon only doing half of it and much improved by him, he is so much better when he relaxes with his commentary he is speaking tonight and not screaming which has to be better for his blood pressure, John Donovan is obviously helping. Camerawork also better, the commentary is so much better tonight, he has a pretty good voice when he uses it right. Devils playing very well, very unlucky not to be 4-1 ahead with a goal disallowed.

I’d question if we can keep this up for two more periods but this is Devils hockey. Without our so called power forward. We could lose this 10-3 but who cares. Owners take note. Heart, passion and grit. Please recruit more wisely next year.
