Contact with the head or neck doesn't have to be made for it to be a check to the head penalty. If the checking player uses their upper body to drive the other players head into the boards or glass, then it's a check to the head penalty.

I only know of about 2 Fife fans other than me that post on here. They certainly don't represent the entire fanbase. That's not to say a few of them don't suffer from allusions of grandeur :D You must follow the "excitable" ones on Twitter.
